Board Membership:  Diane Tolley was unanimously voted to another 3-year term as Member at Large. (She was nominated at the last meeting.)

Treasurer’s Report:  Roland George gave the Treasurer’s Report.  Our tenant still is 3 months (April, June, & August) behind in his rent.  We will check to see whether he is working this off by constructing a place for a new furnace.

Buildings & Grounds:  The glass in our new sign was repaired.

Jessie Smith made the sandwich-board signs and put them out.

Jesse Smith replaced two security lights. He also cleaned out the gutters.  Frank Vigilante donated firewood.

The main floor will be refinished on Dec. 18.

Paul Hogan will redo the foyer floor and the front steps, with three new rails.

Ernie Maw obtained a new side door, which he will install.

Denis gave the Twp. Committee our request for $3,500 for next year's funding.  He explained to them that we had to pay for the parade.

Denis bought a radio for the kitchen.  He also purchased barricades for the parking lot, e.g. for wedding parties to close off parking to outsiders.

Next month Joy Barrett will have a written report accounting for the $852 left in the 4th of July account.

For the holiday boutique on Nov. 18th, there will be refreshments (diet soda, hot-dogs, cider) for sale.

Social and Fund-Raising:  Sara Czarecki briefly described tentative plans for the Newsletter.

For the True Millennium Party, Linda arranged for Mike Fagen to be the caterer, for which he will charge us $50 per person.   The grand total will be $86 per person.  Linda proposed charging $65 per person for members and $75 for non-members.  Any shortfall will come from the Treasury. The membership voted to accept her proposal.

Evan Thomas will sell trees at the Community Club this December from 9 AM to 5 PM every Friday and Saturday.  His profits will contribute about $1000 to the Community Club.

Rentals: Betty Conable said that from Jan. to June in 2001 we are rented 3 Saturdays every month.

One of the aerobics groups has cancelled their reservations; their prepayment was refunded.

The Shakespeare Festival will be held on April 29, definitely.

Website: The website had 26 hits in the last 20 days.  Howard Helms asked persons who have information about the events listed on the website should send this information to Howard, who will put this info on the website.
