These two seating plans can accommodate up to 149 diners seated at the rectangular 8′ banquet tables

HOUSE RULES FOR THE COMMUNITY CLUB
USERS WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE CLUB PROPERTY AND MUST GUARANTEE OBSERVANCE OF THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES. IF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, THE USER MAY BE ASKED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
To gain access to the building, use the keypad located on the Kitchen door in the back. Key in the code provided separately by the rental agent and push down the door-handle to open the door. Light switches are in the kitchen, in the bathroom hallway, inside the front foyer, and on the sidewall of the left coat-closet.
Chaperones
- If youths are involved, make sure that you have enough chaperones.
Tables and Chairs
- There are 80 chairs and 14 tables (4 round tables and 10 rectangular tables). The rectangular tables are standard banquet size (8ft long).
- Wipe down tables after use and return them to the storage closet stacked neatly. Do not take tables outside.
Deck Area
- No bands are permitted to play on the deck or anywhere else outside.
- No outdoor fires or grills of any kind are allowed on the deck (you may grill in parking lot area).
- Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Heat/Air Conditioning
- The thermostat is located in the main room near the kitchen door.
- A clearly labeled switch inside the kitchen is for the exhaust fan in the main room ceiling. Use this only in the summer.
- Reset the thermostat to 60 degrees prior to departure.
- Remotes for the air conditioner (A/C) are on top of the fireplace’s mantle. LEAVE THEM ON THE MANTLE AT ALL TIMES.
Fireplace Use
- Open the damper before lighting a fire.
- To prevent smoke from backing up into the building, start with a small fire and allow the chimney to warm up.
- Do not burn trash, decoration, and tree trimmings in the fireplace. Wood is BYO.
- In the fireplace extinguish any fire and embers prior to your departure and close the damper only if the fire is completely out. Close the glass doors.
Telephone
- The club telephone is for use within our local calling area or emergency only. For ordinary calls, please use a cellphone.
Decorations
- Do not use hooks, screws, tape, nails, or any other fastener that would damage the wall, ceiling or floors.
- Remove all decorations during clean up. You’re responsible for wax/smoke from candles.
- No glitter, please. It’s hard to clean up and makes floors slick.
Clean up
- Central vacuum system hose and parts are located in the broom closet by the kitchen door. There are 3 outlets to plug in and they are located in kitchen, by the broom closet and to the right of the exit door in the main room.
- Damp mop wet spills.
- Wipe down the countertops and sinks. Cleaning products are in the kitchen closet or under sinks.
- Empty and clean refrigerator of all brought-in supplies.
Closing
- Turn off all lights and fans. Make sure all switches click are in the “off” position.
- Turn off the air conditioners and put the remote back on the fireplace mantel.
- Shut and lock all doors including the front door, the side door leading to the deck, and the kitchen door.
- All garbage must be put in the dumpster. Take recyclables back to your home or business place.
Trash and Recycling – Please do not throw recycling in dumpster because the Community Club will be fined.
- Separate recyclables from trash and remove to private home for disposal. RECYCLABLES MUST BE TAKEN HOME. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DUMPSTER OR THE CLUB WILL BE FINED!
- Place trash in the dumpster located outside the back kitchen door in the parking lot.
- Flatten all large cardboard boxes before putting them into the dumpster.
